At True Woman, I coached:

  • Strength – Full-body classes that focus on building muscle with barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells.

  • Glutes – Targeted sessions to tone, lift, and strengthen your lower body.

  • Cardio – High-energy classes designed to boost cardiovascular fitness.

  • True Move Challenge – A 6-week program that includes fitness testing, goal-setting, and pushing members to reach their personal bests.

My Mission & Goals

Every day, my goal is to help people of all genders become stronger, healthier, and more confident — not just physically, but mentally too.

I work with individuals at all stages of their fitness journey, helping them find a balanced, enjoyable approach to movement that fits their lifestyle and mindset.

Personally, I’m on a journey of my own. I’m currently training for a full Ironman triathlon… a 3.8km swim, 180km bike ride, and 42.2km run. Yep — that’s 226.3km of mental and physical challenge… and I love it. It’s a constant reminder that we’re all works in progress — and that progress, not perfection, is the real goal.
